ZuriHac 2026

About this event

ZuriHac 2026 is a three-day grassroots Haskell community event and coding festival organized by the Zürich Friends of Haskell and OST Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences. It is positioned primarily as a community hackathon rather than a traditional academic conference, with keynotes, talks, hands-on beginner and advanced tracks, and lots of collaborative hacking on Haskell-related open-source projects. The program also includes social elements such as shared meals and networking. The event is explicitly stated to be completely free and takes place in person at OST’s Rapperswil-Jona campus near Lake Zürich.
