XP 2026 is the 27th International Conference on Agile Software Development, taking place in São Paulo, Brazil, from 8–11 April 2026. It brings together researchers and practitioners—along with coaches, trainers, and agile leaders—to share innovations and insights that blend research and real-world practice. Under the theme “Expanding Agile: Transforming Today, Shaping a Sustainable and Inclusive Tomorrow,” the event focuses on how agility can drive sustainability, inclusion, and long-term impact. The program includes Research Papers and Research Workshops spanning areas such as leadership and culture, business agility, engineering practices, product & design, education & training, and emerging topics like Agile ML engineering and sustainability.
