About this event
Queen City Con is a community-run cybersecurity conference for security practitioners, developers and people exploring ethical hacking. Presentations, hands-on labs, capture-the-flag challenges and technical villages give attendees several ways to practise skills and share experience with the Cincinnati security community. The 2026 edition includes detection engineering, application security, hardware hacking and retro computing villages, with David Kennedy confirmed as a keynote speaker. Standard attendee badges are Meshtastic communicators built around an nRF52840 microcontroller and LoRa radio, bringing a hardware project into the conference experience.
