About this event
The Optica Global Advanced Manufacturing Alliance (GAMA) 2027 Annual Meeting brings together photonics and semiconductor manufacturers, advanced-packaging and assembly specialists, module developers, foundries, and equipment, materials and metrology suppliers. Its technical programme covers optics in semiconductor manufacturing, co-packaged optics in volume, wafer-level packaging and hybrid integration, automation and AI for photonics manufacturing, and test, metrology and yield. The meeting is hosted at ASML's Veldhoven site.
