About this event
JuMP-dev 2026 is a two-day workshop bringing together students, researchers, and practitioners interested in the methodological, algorithmic, and software aspects of JuMP (the Julia optimization modeling language) and related packages. The event is structured as two days of talks (no hackathon this year) and explicitly invites new contributors and those who have not met the core development team. It is held the weekend prior to SIAM OP26 and is co-located with the 2026 HiGHS Workshop, with parallel streams on Monday in adjacent rooms and attendees welcome to move between them. Attendance requires purchasing a ticket, and participants are expected to follow the JuMP Code of Conduct.
