About this event
DCOSS-IoT 2026 is the 22nd annual international conference focused on distributed computing for smart systems and the Internet of Things (IoT). It covers abstractions and models, design methodologies, signal and information processing, algorithms, analysis, and applications, with an expanded scope since 2023 beyond sensor networks to smart systems and IoT broadly. The event includes keynote talks (e.g., on cognitive/digital twins, foundation models for IoT, and 6G NTN edge computing for satellite IoT), posters and demos, and a substantial workshop program (12 confirmed workshops) spanning security, urban computing, green/sustainable IoT, hybrid intelligence, and wireless technologies. It is hosted by the University of Iceland in Reykjavik.
