About this event
Code for America’s annual Summit convenes the civic tech ecosystem to tackle major challenges in government and celebrate successes in digital government. Summit 2026 is described as an in-person immersive experience with mainstage programming (keynotes, fireside chats, panels), breakout sessions, lightning talks, and a Demo Lab featuring science-fair-style demos. Attendees are expected to exchange ideas with peers from around the U.S., share what’s working and what isn’t in their local contexts, and build relationships with public servants, advocates, and technologists. The event emphasizes themes such as procurement, digital delivery, and federal technology policy in service of making government work better for everyone.
