About this event
The Building Digital Twin International Congress (BDTIC6) is the 6th international conference dedicated to Building Digital Twins, held in Brussels from May 26–28, 2026. Hosted by the Building Digital Twin Association (BDTA) in collaboration with the European Construction Technology Platform (ECTP), the three-day program combines ECTP conference sessions, BDTA-led specialized workshops (including sessions at FARI – AI for the Common Good Institute), and the main BDTIC congress day. The event targets a broad professional audience across academia and industry—researchers, technology specialists, public administrations, investors, and policymakers—focusing on digitization of the construction industry and built-environment digital twins. Topics explicitly highlighted include digital building permits (DBPs), digital product passports (DPPs), ontologies/semantics, standardisation, construction data spaces, simulation/HPC, and ethics for AI/digital twins, along with EU project and use-case workshops.
