The Bitkom Privacy Conference 2026 (#pco26) is a two-day event focused on next-generation privacy and “360° data protection” amid evolving EU digital regulation. It covers practical implications of GDPR alongside the Data Act and AI Act, and addresses implementation challenges for organisations using AI, cloud technologies, data-driven business models, and cross-border data flows. The programme highlights topics including the “digital omnibus”, international data transfers, key rulings from the German Federal Court of Justice and the Court of Justice of the EU, and ongoing developments in cookies, tracking, and ePrivacy. Day 1 takes place onsite at Futurium in Berlin with German and European perspectives, while Day 2 is delivered internationally via livestream.
