About this event
RoSE 2026 is an in-person international workshop on robotics software engineering, co-located with ICRA 2026, focused on advancing software engineering practices and research for robotics. It targets researchers and practitioners working on challenges such as integration of robotics modules, robustness, safety, security, and adaptability in dynamic, partially observable environments. The workshop solicits research idea one-page abstracts, industry report abstracts, and peer-reviewed work-in-progress papers, with accepted contributions published on the RoSE website and submitted for inclusion in a proceedings volume. Invited talks cover topics such as learning-based robot control, norm-aware self-adaptive robots, LLM understanding of ROS computation graphs, and ROS 2 navigation frameworks.
